Located at 33505 Schoolcraft #3, Livonia, MI 48150, Hegira Health Behavioral Urgent Care operates as a medical specialist serving Livonia in Michigan. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Livonia, urgent care centers are busiest on weekends and evenings when doctors' offices are closed, and most post their wait times online. Across Michigan, primary care practices often have a waitlist for new patients, so establishing care before you need it saves time. For a dental emergency outside office hours, an urgent care center can prescribe antibiotics and pain relief but cannot fix the tooth; a hospital emergency room can treat swelling that affects breathing or swallowing. Check the listing for insurance, hours and whether telehealth visits are offered.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 9 am–9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (734) 721-0200. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, hegirahealth.org.

Its Google rating stands at 2.3 out of 5 from 88 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.

Livonia is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Livonia follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I just left this clinic and it was a gigantic waste of time. Everyone made me feel listened to except the prescriber. She gave me a med and when I looked it up it had weight gain as a side affect. When I expressed I was uncomfortable taking the med her response was that it was up to me whether I choose to take it or not. She couldn't even be bothered to take a few minutes to offer an alternative. God forbid I ask her to do her job. Literally left crying because I'm so frustrated. Just another example of how you can beg for help but providers refuse to put in the work to help you.

In and out so fast. Also the fact the Nurse Practitioner was so understanding, and a woman of color, so I felt very safe with her. She even was so appaled that my pcp at 16 gave me benzodiazapines, and truly she and the staff made me feel better and even told me I could bring my daughter with me. Thank you. ❀️ was in and out in 15 minutes, instead of sitting for hours in an ER with a young child was a life saver. Thank you Hegira team!

This is a DANGEROUS FACILITY. They will not keep you safe from other violent mentally ill patients. I had to call the police to do a wellness check in order to have them restrain an individual from being violent. If you don’t have someone to advocate for you on the outside, it could get incredibly dangerous. DO NOT take anyone you care about here. Take them directly to the ER

If you’re in need of a quick prescription or a PHP/IOP referral fast- this is a good place to go to get seen quickly. You see a nurse, social worker, then psychiatrist. (They used to do inpatient overnight stays but don’t anymore due to funding I believe?) either way most of the staff is very kind- don’t expect therapy here. It’s just a place to get your meds and get resources. There was one psychiatrist who I care not of- but Dr V is extremely sweet and takes concerns seriously. The nurse there is also very sweet. Do not expect therapy here or anything more than just getting referrals- but you can get referral to group therapy here so ask about that if you need it

after reading the reviews i decided not to take my chances and went straight to ER. i was discharged last night with promise that PHP would follow up with me in the evening. PHP says i’m not authorized. i call back the ER who speaks to COPE TWICE to ask them to get the forms changed from outpatient to PHP, both times they said it was changed. i call PHP today and they say that nothing in the system has changed. i understand technology and all of that can put a hindrance in how quickly things get updated. i call COPE and explain what’s going on and they transfer me over to the clinicians office, where the phone rings twice then straight to voicemail. i call again an hour later and it turns out the clinician needs more information to approve the hospitalization, and i have to call back ER. ER reiterates that they should have me down for partial, saying they spoke to Beverly who authorized it for me. but the front desk just said that they need more information. they need more information from a patient who has already been discharged from ER due to being in borderline crisis, left ER under the impression that PHP was sorted (WHEN IT WAS NOT.) and now IM playing phone tag between

Had a great experience with the entire staff! My 8yr old son needed help urgently, I live nearby and was aware of them, but usually went to my pediatrician with my son's issues, I wish I could remember all there names. From the gentleman at the intake, the nurse, the Dr. And the social worker. All were very kind, all seemed very caring and sensitive to my son's needs, they did more in 3 hours than 2 years of therapy, high price psychiatrists, and multiple visits to an ER did ever. Dr. VIJAYAKUMA, Thank you for the call to my pediatrician! And the consultation with her! I can't tell you how much that meant to me.. if the caring and compassion they showed my son is any indication of how they operate, don't hesitate to take your child to them. Thank you all again.

I went to that clinic for a screening. I passed the nurse’s evaluation and the drug test, but while I was there, I was devastated by what I witnessed. The staff spoke rudely about admitted patients, walked away from them, and showed a clear lack of compassion. The clinic itself was dirty, and I even saw a nurse give a patient a shot in the dark without turning on the lights. The social workers sat on their phones, ignoring the people in the lobby who were waiting for help. At the front desk, they had a movie playing about drugs, alcohol, and partying, which felt completely inappropriate for the setting. The entire experience was disturbing, and I immediately asked for my belongings and left. I will no longer be seeking treatment from facilities like this.

Absolutely ridiculous. Came in yesterday and explained to them I was without medication beyond months now. They hardly wanted to give me any service due to being sick with a viral infection. I was wearing a mask the whole time while being sent into the quiet room. No help. Complete waste of time; did not speak to one social worker; no psych; no therapist. Told them I haven’t ate in days and could not even receive a hot plate of food. They ordered little Caesars and ate it in front of everybody. Joke of an hospital and honestly misconstrued me on the building being an homeless shelter.
